Membership Marketing Tip: Extra Love for the Non-Engaged
Want to boost up your retention rate?  Spend extra time reaching out to those that haven’t come to your events to make sure they are satisfied with the membership benefits or ask them what you could be doing better.  Sometimes just communicating that you miss them and want to make sure they are happy is enough to boost their impression of your chapter or organization and make them want to renew or share info about others that could be more engaged.
